## Adding a subject group

Subject groups bundle related subjects together. They help customers navigate the booking plugin.

1.  Go to **Organisation** > **Subjects**.
    
2.  Click **\+ Subject group**.
    
3.  Fill in the following fields:
    

| Field | Description |
| --- | --- |
| Name | The display name of the subject group |
| External ID | An identifier used for integrations and plugin filtering |
| Image | An optional image representing the subject group |
| Order | A number that determines the display order (lower numbers appear first) |
| Color | A color used to visually distinguish the subject group |

4.  Click **Save**.

## Editing a subject group

1.  Select the subject group from the list.
    
2.  Update the fields as needed.
    
3.  Click **Save**.
    

## Deleting a subject group

1.  Select the subject group from the list.
    
2.  Click **Delete**.
    
3.  Confirm the deletion.

> Deleting a subject group does not delete the subjects within it. Those subjects will no longer belong to a group.
