Questionnaires allow you to collect information from customers during the booking process. Each subject can have its own set of questions.

## Adding a question

1.  Select the subject you want to add questions to.
    
2.  Go to the questionnaire section.
    
3.  Click **\+ Question**.
    
4.  Select the question type:
    

| Type | Description |
| --- | --- |
| Long text | A multi-line text input for detailed responses |
| Short text | A single-line text input for brief answers |
| Multi select | A set of predefined options the customer can choose from |
| Number | A numeric input field |

5.  Configure the question settings:
    

| Setting | Description |
| --- | --- |
| Required | Whether the customer must answer the question to proceed |
| Multiselect | For Multi select questions, whether multiple options can be selected |
| Label | The question text displayed to the customer |
| Example Text | Placeholder text shown in the input field |
| Help Text | Additional guidance displayed below the question |
| Options | For Multi select questions, the list of available choices |

6.  Click **Save**.
