## My changes are not visible in the plugin. What should I do?

If changes you have made in the Backoffice are not reflected in the booking plugin:

1.  **Clear your browser cache.**
    
2.  Perform a **hard refresh** of the plugin page (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows/Linux, Cmd+Shift+R on macOS).
    

## Can I modify the content of external calendar events?

Yes. Calendar event content is generated from templates that can be configured per language and meeting type. An Administrator can edit these templates to customise the information included in calendar events.
