## Accessing office settings

1.  Go to the **Team** tab.
    
2.  Select your **office**.
    
3.  Go to **Settings** > **Office**.

## Office fields

Configure the following fields for your office:

| Field | Description |
| --- | --- |
| Is active | Toggle to enable or disable the office. Inactive offices are not shown in the plugin. |
| Is virtual | Toggle to mark the office as virtual (no physical location). |
| Name | The display name of the office. |
| Description | A description of the office shown to customers. |
| External ID | An identifier used for integrations and plugin filtering. |
| Email | The contact email address for the office. |
| Phone | The contact phone number for the office. |
| Address | The physical address of the office, consisting of: |
|  | - Street |
|  | - City |
|  | - Postal code |
|  | - State |
|  | - Country |
| Timezone | The timezone of the office. |
| Driving directions | Instructions for customers travelling to the office by car. |
| Parking info | Information about available parking near the office. |

> When you enter a complete address, a map is automatically generated showing the office location.

Click **Save** after making changes.
