What is the difference between inbound and outbound appointments?

  • Inbound appointments – Customer-initiated bookings made through the plugin link.
  • Outbound appointments – Agent-initiated appointments. Agents can either create an appointment directly or send an invitation link to the customer to pick a time.

Why are no subject groups showing in the plugin?

If customers cannot see any subject groups or subjects in the booking plugin, check the following:

  1. Meeting types are enabled for the subject (at the organisation level).
  2. The subject is set to “Available for customers” in the subject settings.
  3. The meeting types are enabled for the office in the office’s planning rules.
  4. At least one Agent is linked to the subject via the Assignments tab.
  5. The Agent’s expertise is enabled for the subject.
  6. The Agent is Active and has Online planning turned on.

What are default planning rules?

Default planning rules are set by the Office Manager at the office level. They are automatically applied when Agents configure their appointment hour templates. Individual Agents can override these defaults in their appointment hours by enabling Override default planning rules in the advanced options.
