Configuration options

Intent

Set the intent of the plugin link. This determines the overall purpose of the booking flow.

Resource code

Specify a resource code to pre-select a specific resource in the workflow.

Flow

The Flow parameter defines the order and inclusion of steps in the booking workflow. Each step is represented by a letter:

Letter Step
S Subject selection
M Meeting type selection
E Employee (Agent) selection
O Office selection
T Timetable (date/time selection)
Q Questions (questionnaire)
C Customer details

Default flow: SMOTQC

Rules:

  • The flow must include T (Timetable), Q (Questions), and C (Customer details).
  • The flow cannot start with T.
  • Append * (asterisk) after a letter to lock that step, hiding it from the customer (the value must be pre-set via other configuration options).

Examples:

Flow Description
SMOTQC Default flow: Subject, Meeting type, Office, Timetable, Questions, Customer
SOETQC Subject, Office, Employee, Timetable, Questions, Customer
S*M*OTQC Subject (locked) and Meeting type (locked), then Office, Timetable, Questions, Customer
EMOTQC Employee first, then Meeting type, Office, Timetable, Questions, Customer

Language

Set the language of the plugin interface. The plugin displays in the specified language if translations are available.

Filters

Use filters to pre-select or restrict options in the plugin. Filters use External IDs to identify resources.

Filter Description
Subject filter Restrict which subjects are shown (by External ID)
Office filter Restrict which offices are shown (by External ID)
Contacts filter Restrict which Agents are shown (by External ID)
Meeting type filter Restrict which meeting types are available (by External ID)

Customer pre-fill

Pre-fill customer details in the booking form to streamline the process. This is useful when the customer is already known (for example, from a CRM integration or email link).
