Viewing Employees
- Go to Organisation > Employees.
- The list shows all Employees with their email, roles, and status.
Employee statuses:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Active | The Employee has activated their account and can log in |
| Pending | The Employee has been invited but has not yet activated their account |
| Suspended | The Employee’s account has been deactivated |
Use the search bar to find Employees by name or email, and filter by role or status.
Adding an Employee with SSO
If your organisation uses Single Sign-On (SSO):
- Go to Organisation > Employees.
- Click + Employee.
- Enable Bypass user activation flow.
- Fill in the following fields:

| External ID | Must match the SAML NameID from your identity provider |
- Click Save.
No invitation email is sent when the activation flow is bypassed. The Employee can log in directly using SSO.
Adding an Employee manually
- Go to Organisation > Employees.
- Click + Employee.
- Fill in the following fields:

| The Employee’s email address | |
| Phone | The Employee’s phone number |
| External ID | An optional identifier for integrations |
| Roles | Toggle the roles to assign: Agent, Office Manager, Administrator |
- For users with the Agent role, additional fields are available:

| Online planning | Whether customers can book appointments with this Agent |
| Function | The Agent’s job title |
| Introduction | A short introduction shown to customers |
| Video link | A link to the Agent’s video conferencing room |
- Click Save.
An invitation email is sent to the Employee. They must activate their account before they can log in.
Assigning an Employee to an office
- Go to Organisation > Employees.
- Select the Employee.
- Go to Assigned offices.
- Click Edit.
- Select the offices to assign.
- Click Save.
